Is this the end for Wolverine?

Hugh Jackman has teased “one last time” playing the clawed Marvel hero.
Hugh Jackman today posted a photograph on Twitter of his now-famous Wolverine claws with the accompanying caption “WOLVERINE …ONE LAST TIME”, leading many to speculate that the upcoming third film in the Wolverine spin-off films will be his last.

The as-yet-untitled sequel to 2013’s The Wolverine, once again directed by James Mangold, will be released in 2017, and it is also unknown at this present time whether the character will appear in next year’s X-Men: Apocalypse.
