It’s fair to say that The Hunger Games series has hit fans hard across the globe and, as the final instalment fast approaches, we’ve today been given a new look at the film in the form of an emotional retrospective on the series so far, focusing on Jennifer Lawrence’s Katniss and her relationship with her stalwart sister, Prim.

Aptly soundtracked by M83’s Outro, the trailer comes alongside the release of a brand new poster for the film showing Katniss with the titular Mockingjay perched on her shoulder.

Clearly, Mockingjay, Part 2 is set to be the finale-of-all-finales, and the marketing campaign thus far for the film has shown this quite effectively, promising to tie up all the loose ends left hanging in the air from 2014’s Mockingjay, Part 1, and hopefully providing a fitting end to the global phenomenon the series has become.

We’ll know for sure whether Mockingjay lives up to the hype – and indeed, whether it provides closure for millions of fans worldwide! – when the film lands in cinemas on 20 November 2015.
