The SPECTRE title sequence is here

You can watch the iconic title sequence for SPECTRE now.

Update: As expected, it looks like the SPECTRE title sequence has been removed from Vimeo. It shouldn’t be too long before it’s home release, however – we’re expecting a release around March 2016 – so you’ll be able to experience the awesome sometime around then.

Arguably one of the most famous – and most hotly anticipated – aspects of any new James Bond release is the title song, with bookies taking bets months in advance of the song and its artist announcement, but one of the lesser-discussed, but no less iconic parts of a James Bond film is the title sequence. From Dr. No to The Man With the Golden Gun, The Living Daylights to Skyfall, the visuals which accompany the title song are almost always visually impressive and are great thematic links to the films themselves.

Today, we’ve been given a special treat, as the arthouse who created the title sequence for the latest film in the James Bond saga, SPECTRE, have released it online for everyone to view, even though the film itself is still in cinemas!

Soundtracked by Sam Smith’s ‘Writing’s on the Wall’, the sequence includes a number of homages to Daniel Craig’s past adventures, as well as including the infamous Bond Girl silhouettes.

As an added bonus, you can see the official music video for ‘Writing’s on the Wall’ below, and once you’re done, why not read our five-star review of SPECTRE?
